Min. Alcee Butler, Jr. Biography Min. Butler was born in 1953 in Wesson, Mississippi to the parents of Deacon Alcee and Betty J. Butler. His parents relocated to Ohio when he was only 2 years old. Raised in Barberton, Oh, the calling on his life, at first, was ignored and although he didn’t want to believe it, God would not leave him alone.
